Dieses leckere Gericht gabs heute Mittag, während einer anstrengenden Lernsession bei mir zu Hause. Anstrengend weil das Wetter so unglaublich gut war und ich deshalb nicht frische Freibadluft geniessen konnte, aber meine Oma hat immer zu mir gesagt: “Von Nichts kommt Nichts!”
Das Essen war jedenfalls eine kleine Entschädigung dafür und hier das Musterbild:
Ich möchte auf diesem Wege noch eine Danksagung an Andy aussprechen, denn ohne ihn wäre dieser tolle Auflauf nicht möglich gewesen. Er war sehr großzügig und hat mir Reibekäse zur Verfügung gestellt.Die Welt wäre eine bessere, wenn es mehr Andys gäbe:-)
Und noch größere Danksagung an meine Küchenassistentin Fräul ein U.
